According to the school's "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Evaluation of National Scholarships for Postgraduate Students in 2023" (school notification website: http://xgb.hfut.edu.cn/info/1061/16078.htm),the relevant matters regarding the evaluation of the National Scholarship for Graduate Students in the School of Mechanical Engineering in 2023 are hereby notified as follows:

Selection objects, selection principles, and scoring conditions

Since the selection of the national scholarship for graduate students is based on a college defense, in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Evaluation of the National Scholarship for Graduate Students in the School of Mechanical Engineering of Hefei University of Technology in 2022" (2022), students who are interested in applying for the national scholarship are asked to carefully prepare the corresponding materials for this defense. According to the ratio of 1:1.5, the defense list will be determined after the college meets the requirements in the preliminary review.

Supporting materials that have been used and received national scholarships in the application materials must not be re-applied, and the supervisor will sign a recommendation. Resolutely put an end to academic misconduct, favoritism and malpractice, and those who commit fraud will be disqualified from the selection and given disciplinary sanctions, and ensure that the National Graduate Scholarship is used to reward particularly outstanding graduate students. Failure to submit application materials within the prescribed deadline will be deemed as voluntary abandonment of the application.

Selection materials

Qualified doctoral and master's degree students please:

1. Fill out the "Postgraduate National Scholarship Application Approval Form" (see attachment 1) and "Postgraduate National Scholarship Award-winning Student Recommendation Summary Form" (see attachment 2). Please refer to the form template for filling instructions;

2. Fill in the "Summary Form of Recommended Candidates for the National Scholarship for Graduate Students of the School of Mechanical Engineering" (see Attachment 3);

3. Fill in the "Letter of Commitment to Apply for National Scholarship" and the list of materials (see Attachment 4). The supporting materials are attached. The order of supporting materials should be consistent with the order of the materials list.

Selection time

1. After the supervisor signs, the materials (electronic version and paper version) must be collected by class (doctoral students can submit separately) and submitted to Room 306, Gewu Building before 17:30 on September 18. Those who have not submitted the materials by the deadline It is regarded as voluntarily giving up the application for national scholarship.

2. Publication time of selection materials: September 19-21
