2. Reexamination workflow for promoting exempted students

01.Candidates fill in the application form

Starting from September 29, fresh undergraduate graduates who have obtained the qualifications to be recommended and exempted will confirm the major they intend to apply for through the "Recommendation and Exemption Service System" (website: http:// yz.chsi.com.cn/tm) fill in the professional application form.

02.Selection of re-examination candidates: From September 29th to October 17th, the college will arrange dedicated personnel on duty to log in to the promotion and exemption service system to view and download application exemption information, report to the college’s re-examination work leading group, and promptly issue re-examination notices to candidates who meet the recruitment requirements. After receiving the re-examination notice, candidates must log in to the exemption service system within the time specified by our hospital to confirm whether they agree to the re-examination as soon as possible.

03. Review of re-examination qualifications

The college reviews the qualifications of re-examination candidates by reviewing the electronic re-examination materials submitted by the candidates. Candidates must upload scanned copies or photos of the following documents through the designated method as required by the college:

① My valid ID card and student ID card (photocopy the front and back of the ID card, and photocopy of the student information and registration status of the student ID card).

② English proficiency certificates, various award certificates and published academic papers, etc.

According to the document requirements of the "2024 National Master's Degree Admissions Management Regulations", "candidates' physical examinations will be organized by the admissions unit after admission." The physical examination will be temporarily merged with the freshman entrance physical examination. Candidates to be admitted will participate in the entrance physical examination organized by the school at the beginning of the semester.

04.Go through the admission procedures

From September 29th to October 17th, the college will submit the list of proposed students to be admitted and exempted in batches to the school's graduate admissions office. After the school's graduate admissions leadership group reviews and determines the list of candidates to be admitted, the graduate admissions office will unify the "graduate admissions website" The "Recommendation and Exemption Service System" publishes pending admission notices. Candidates who have been issued pending admission notices must complete the acceptance and pending admission procedures in the "Recommendation and Exemption Service System" in a timely manner as required.

If the candidate himself proposes to retain his admission qualifications and then study at the school after 1 to 2 years, the candidate himself needs to fill in the application form for retaining his admission qualifications (which can be downloaded from the document download area of Hefei University of Technology's graduate recruitment website) and submit it to the school before October 20. 05. Admission announcement

On October 20, the school-wide admission process for recommended and exempted students ended.
